OF THE FOUNDATION IN CLIMATE BASED IN WARSAW

REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIBERS

In connection with your subscription to thenewsletter on the website at https://www.hyspark.eu/ operatedby the Fundacja W Klimacie based in Warsaw (hereinafterreferred to as the "Administrator"), we hereby provide you with informationabout the processing of personal data required by the provisions of theRegulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing ofpersonal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Personal Data ProtectionAct of May 10, 2018.

The administrator of your personal data is the Fundacja W Klimacie based in Warsaw (02-001), Al.Jerozolimskie 89/43, registered in the National Court Register maintained bythe District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII EconomicDivision KRS under the number KRS 0001026386, NIP: 7011135569.

Legal Basis for Processing

The Administrator processes your data based onconsent.

 

Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed for the purpose ofsending you the newsletter prepared by the Administrator.

 

Categories of Processed Data

The Administrator processes the followingpersonal data:

a) email address.

 

Source of Data

All your personal data processed by theAdministrator has been provided by you voluntarily directly to theAdministrator.

 

Duration of Data Processing

Personal data processed by the Administratorwill be processed for the duration of theAdministrator's activities consisting of realization of the “HydrogenSolutions for euroPean Airports & Regional Kinetics” project andprovision of services via the website https://www.hyspark.eu/ and conductingthe newsletter and no longer than 12 months after completion of the project or discontinuationof newsletter sending, whichever comes later.

 

Recipients of Data

In connection with the processing of data forthe purpose indicated above, recipients of your personal data may include:

a) public authorities and entities performingpublic tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and forthe purposes arising from generally applicable law;

b) other entities that process personal databased on appropriate contracts signed with the Administrator when:

• providing legal, tax, or business advisoryservices as subcontractors to the Administrator;

• providing marketing services to theAdministrator;

• providing technical services to theAdministrator, such as delivering and maintaining the Administrator's ITsystems.

 

Rights of the Data Subject

In connection with the processing of yourpersonal data, you have the following rights:

a) the right to access personal data, includingthe right to obtain a copy of such data;

b) the right to request rectification(correction) of personal data – in the event that the data is incorrect orincomplete;

c) the right to request deletion of personaldata (the so-called right to be forgotten) in cases where:

• the data is no longer necessary for thepurposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,

• the data subject has objected to theprocessing of personal data,

• the data subject has withdrawn consent to theprocessing of personal data which is the basis for processing and there is noother legal basis for processing the data,

• the personal data is being processedunlawfully,

• the personal data must be deleted to complywith a legal obligation;

d) the right to request restriction of personaldata processing – in cases where:

• the data subject contests the accuracy ofpersonal data,

• the processing of data is unlawful, and thedata subject opposes the deletion of data, requesting instead the restrictionof their processing,

• the Administrator no longer needs the datafor its purposes, but the data subject needs it for the establishment,exercise, or defense of claims,

• the data subject has objected to theprocessing of data, pending the determination of whether the legitimate groundsof the Administrator override the grounds for objection;

e) the right to data portability – in caseswhere the following conditions are cumulatively met:

• the processing of data is based on consentgiven by that person,

• the processing is carried out in an automatedmanner.

 

Right to Withdraw Consent at Any Time

You have the right to withdraw your consent atany time. This withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based onconsent before its withdrawal, in accordance with applicable law. Consent tothe processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time by sending anemail to: odo@wklimacie.org or in writing to:Fundacja W Klimacie, Al. Jerozolimskie 89/43, 02-001 Warsaw, including arequest to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data along withyour identification data.

 

Information about the Supervisory Authority

According to the Personal Data Protection Actof May 10, 2018, the supervisory authority competent in matters of personaldata protection in the Republic of Poland is the President of the Personal DataProtection Office. If you become aware of unlawful processing of your personaldata by the Administrator, you have the right to lodge a complaint with thesupervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection.

 

Nature of Data Provision

Providing your personal data to theAdministrator is voluntary.

 

Information about Profiling

Your data may be processed in an automatedmanner and will not be subject to profiling.
