


Privacy Policy
I. General Provisions
The privacy policy outlines how personal dataof Users necessary for providing electronic services via the website https://www.hyspark.eu/(hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is collected, processed,and stored. The Service collects only the personal data necessary for theprovision and development of the services offered therein. Personal datacollected through the Service is processed in accordance with the Regulation ofthe European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, onthe protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data andon the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GeneralData Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR”) and thePersonal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.
II. Data Administrator
The administrator of the personal datacollected through the Service is the Fundacja W Klimacie based in Warsaw(02-001), Al. Jerozolimskie 89/43, registered in the National Court Registermaintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIIEconomic Division KRS under the number KRS 0001026386, NIP: 7011135569 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator").

III. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data
In line with the common practice of mostwebsites, we store HTTP requests directed to our server. The resources viewedare identified by URLs. The list of information stored in the logs of the webserver is as follows:
- Public IP address of the computer from whichthe request originated (this may be directly the user's computer)
- Client station name - identificationperformed by the HTTP protocol, if possible
- Username provided during the authenticationprocess
- Time of request arrival
- The first line of the HTTP request
- HTTP response code
- The number of bytes sent by the server
- URL of the previously visited page by theuser (referer link) - in case the transition to the Office's page occurredthrough a link
- Information about the user's browser
- Information about errors that occurred duringthe execution of the HTTP transaction.
To ensure the highest quality of the service,we analyze log files to determine: which pages are visited most often, whichweb browsers are used, whether the structure of the page contains errors, etc.
The above data is collected automatically.

Personal data is used for:
- Keeping statistics under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR(legitimate interest of the Administrator);
- Conducting marketing activities (includingthrough electronic communication means), Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimateinterest of the Administrator);
- Communicating with the User (newsletter, contactform), Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
- Personalizing the Service for Users, Article6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator).
Providing data in the form is voluntary butnecessary to respond to the asked question.
IV. Duration of Personal Data Processing
User personal data provided in the newsletterform is processed for the duration of the Administrator's activities consistingof realization of the “Hydrogen Solutions for euroPean Airports &Regional Kinetics” project and provision of services via the websitehttps://www.hyspark.eu/ and conducting the newsletter and no longer than 12months after completion of the project or discontinuation of newslettersending, whichever comes later.
Information contained in browser logs is storedindefinitely as auxiliary material for administering the service.
V. Sharing Personal Data
User personal data may be shared with: entitiesrelated to the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with theAdministrator such as website hosting services or email delivery services. Suchthird-party entities will receive or have access to the user's personal data toprovide the aforementioned services, but cannot process personal data for theirown purposes.
The Administrator does not transfer, sell, orlend personal data to other users or institutions, unless this occurs with theexplicit consent or at the request of the user, or at the request of authorizedentities based on legal regulations.
User personal data will not be transferredoutside the European Economic Area (EEA).
VI. User Rights
Users of the Service have the right to: accessthe content of their personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing,transfer it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (which doesnot affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before itswithdrawal).
Requests to exercise the rights mentionedshould be sent to the address odo@wklimacie.org. The Administrator fulfills orrefuses to fulfill the request promptly – no later than within a month ofreceiving it.
Users have the right to lodge a complaint withthe President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that theprocessing infringes their rights and freedoms (GDPR).
VII. Cookies
The Service collects information using cookies– session cookies, persistent cookies, and third-party cookies. The collectionof cookies supports the proper provision of services in the Service and servesstatistical purposes. Users can specify the extent of access of cookies totheir device in their browser settings.
VIII. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
User data cannot be processed in an automatedmanner such that decisions could be made against them as a result. User datamay be profiled for the purpose of adjusting content and personalizing offersupon their consent.
IX. Final Provisions
The Administrator has the right to introducechanges to the privacy policy, provided that the rights of Users will not belimited. Information about changes will be available in the form of a messageon the Service. In matters not regulated in this privacy policy, the provisionsof GDPR and Polish law shall apply.
